Pregnancy is an unforgettable experience for most women. First of all, the thought that one can nurture life within one’s body is very empowering. But one also feels vulnerable as one is solely responsible for the baby’s safety until it emerges from the womb. Sometimes, after the birth of the child, the mother may suffer from post-partum depression. This can not only prevent the mother from caring for the baby properly, but it can also rob her of the joys of motherhood.
This is a double whammy for new mothers. If you have been struggling with this issue, you will be glad to know that there are certain mantras that can help with this condition. Reciting these mantras will help you to deal with anxiety and stress when caring for your baby.
