After all, maybe a candidate was amazing when he passed the college with a distinction and he topped the class but now that spark and enthusiasm is missing? That won’t be good for your business right? Thus, it is always good to evaluate the calibre, skills, behaviour and attitude of a candidate well in time than to regret later on.
